Zico drops new single ‘Bermuda Triangle’ featuring DEAN and Crush

‘Bermuda Triangle’ is the first release from the Fancy Child (fanxychild) crew. Zico, Dean and Crush worked together to compose the track and write the lyrics. Penomeco (who featured on Zico’s ‘Yes or No’) also helped to compose the chorus and appears in the music video.

Zico dominates most of the track with his rap verses. Dean lends his vocals primarily at the beginning and end of the track while Crush sings the bridge. Each of these artists has managed to create a name for himself and produce individual music that I enjoy but I’m not sure about this particular collaboration. Their individual parts were good but I don’t think they blended as well as they could have on this track. Because everyone had a part in the composition this could simply be a case of too many cooks in the kitchen.

Crush’s hook has been stuck in my head ever since I heard the song and Dean’s intro gave me chills. One Youtube viewer commented that the music video is better than the song itself and I’d have to agree. The music video, filmed by SevenSeasons who produce videos for Zico’s K-pop group Block B, is captivating to say the least. The visuals are on point and all three artists shine in their own way in this element. The Fanxychild Crew will definitely capture your attention and leave you looking forward to more from these three. Check out the video and the song below!
